Francisco Teixeira e Melo is a consultant in business innovation and was a partner of Synectics in Portugal. His work has mainly been involved with programmes related with business organisation, focusing on organisational change, strategy, creative teams, performance and new products/services. He has worked for companies like the RAR Group, the Sonae Group and Unilever in Portugal as well as supporting international programmes for some of the biggest clients of Synectics such as Coca-Cola, Kodak, Interbrew, AmBev(InBev) and Diageo.
