Felipa Maria Leite de Sampaio A. Oliveira Serrão
Felipa Oliveira Serrão has a graduation in Management and Corporate Administration by the Portuguese Catholic University. She hols a Post-Graduation in Work Law and Social Security. She is both director and member of the executive comity of the Portugal Hay Group, dedicating to support organizations and maximize results through strategy clarification, organizational design and definition of talent management policies. Throughout 11 years, has developed strong partnership relationships with some of the greatest organization in Portugal, having managed projects in the Change Management, Strategy Clarification, Organizational Design and Process Optimization areas, as well as Human Resources Strategy Definition, Performance Management and Compensation, Talent Management and Leadership Development. Has worked as Coach in team development programs and head boards. During her progression at Hay Group, has assumed international responsibilities, particularly in the expertise development in the Leadership & Talent matters. In Portugal, she was responsible for the Talent Management and Leadership business units. She is co-author of the book “LOOP – Shifting Organizations” (Edições Sílabo, 2005).
