Ana Isabel Machado Silva
Holds a degree in Business Management by the University of Porto and Post-Graduations in the areas of Marketing (E-Marketing specialization) by IPAM and in Information Management and Marketing Intelligence by the Porto Business School. Is currently responsible for Open Innovation for the retail businesses of the SONAE Group and co-founder of the project Cidadania 2.0. Holds a teaching position at Porto Business School on the topic of Enterprise 2.0. With a professional background in the areas of Digital Marketing and Communication, she is also invited to lecture on the topic of Social Media Marketing.
