I lead the M&A Tax business practice and I am Diversity & Inclusion Leader of PwC Portugal, Angola and Cape Vert. I am also responsible for the Porto tax office.
I have significant experience in working with national and multinational groups in different tax areas, in structuring investment into Portugal and in setting-up and restructuring international corporate structures. I have been involved in a significant number of large transactions over almost 20 years, in different activity sectors, including privatization processes, both for corporate and for private equity clients.
I am a Judge at the Portuguese tax arbitration court.
I am a board member of PWN and I am involved in several different initiatives, aiming to create an impact on gender diversity matters.
I am also a Governor at Oporto British School and I teach and collaborate in different matters with Universidade Católica Portuguesa, aiming to help with my experience to create an education for the future.
