Gillian Cribbs is an executive coach specialising in one-to-one and top team coaching. She is an associate of the London Business School (LBS) and runs her own coaching and consultancy firm, Credo Consulting Ltd.
Gillian has coached hundreds of international senior executives and has worked extensively in Dubai, Hong Kong, Russia, and Europe. Her clients are drawn from a range of sectors, including Banking, Financial Services, Professional Services Firms (Law, Consulting), Luxury Goods, Advertising, Brand Consulting, Media and Technology. She has also coached senior military leaders (Special Air Service) and sporting leaders (Team GB members, Americas Cup).
At London Business School she coaches on the Senior Executive Programme, Essentials of Leadership, the Accelerated Development Programme, the Sloan Fellowship, the Executive MBA and custom programmes.

In her earlier career, Gillian was Management Editor and Deputy Comment & Analysis Editor of the Financial Times and Editor of European Business Forum and World Business. She has published four books and numerous articles.
Gillian holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology from London University, an MA in Classics from Cambridge University and is a qualified Professional Business Coach (University of Strathclyde Business School) and Business Mediator (School of Counselling & Psychology, London). She is also accredited to use psychometrics NEO and MSCEIT.
