An Immersive Experience in Transformation Management and Change
From September 24 to 28, 2025, Porto Business School will host the International Week in Berlin, focused on Transformation Management and Change.
Organized in partnership with HWR Berlin—an internationally recognized business school accredited by EFMD and AMBA—this program offers a unique opportunity to explore the challenges of organizational transformation. Combining theoretical insight with practical experience, it highlights how transformation management principles are applied in real-world business contexts, helping participants understand how companies adapt to change in an ever-evolving global landscape.
Now in its third edition, the program has consistently received outstanding feedback from participants. One of its standout features is the Business Simulation Game, in which participants manage fictional companies in competitive and uncertain environments. Through strategic decision-making and navigating organizational change, they sharpen their skills in change management and strategic leadership.
Beyond the academic component, the program includes company visits to organizations such as Bayer, N26, and Siemens Energy. These visits offer participants a firsthand view of the challenges and best practices involved in managing transformation within leading companies.
Networking is a core element of the experience, with numerous opportunities to connect with MBA students from HWR Berlin and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
Set in the vibrant city of Berlin—with its rich history and dynamic business environment—the program also features cultural activities, including visits to the German Parliament, guided tours of the city center, and leisure time to explore.
The International Week in Berlin 2025 is an exceptional opportunity for professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge and expand their networks in the field of transformation management. Enrollment is now open—don’t miss your chance to secure a place in this exclusive edition.
