At Porto Business School, career development is a strategic priority. Activities are carefully structured to prepare students for the challenges of the job market through several key stages.
The journey begins with a pre-course focused on professional presentation, followed by modules dedicated to self-awareness, goal-setting, and personal development. This preparation is reinforced by job fairs, networking events with leading companies, and the Mentorship Journey.
This mentorship program plays a central role in the personal and professional growth of participants, fostering intergenerational connections and encouraging a strong give back culture within the PBS community.
The most recent edition saw a record number of mentee applications, with the inclusion of current students and young alumni. The growing interest led to an expansion of the mentor network, with the call for volunteer alumni remaining open.
