Porto Business School and INESC TEC have signed a partnership agreement aimed at strengthening collaboration between the two institutions in the areas of executive education, research, and innovation, with a particular focus on technology management.
The agreement was signed by José Esteves, Dean of Porto Business School, and Gabriel David, Vice-President of the Board of Directors of INESC TEC.
The partnership brings together Porto Business School’s expertise in management and executive education with INESC TEC’s scientific and technological capabilities across fields including artificial intelligence, bioengineering, communications, computer science and engineering, photonics, energy systems, robotics, and systems engineering and management.
As part of the agreement, the two institutions will collaborate on the development of executive education programmes designed for managers, technical professionals, and decision-makers, helping bridge scientific and technological knowledge with the real-world challenges faced by organizations.
The collaboration will also encompass the development of joint research and innovation initiatives, including collaborative projects, funding applications, knowledge and expertise sharing, and joint scientific publications.
Through this partnership, Porto Business School and INESC TEC aim to strengthen the connection between technology, management, and scientific knowledge, contributing to the development of solutions and capabilities that address the challenges faced by businesses, public institutions, and society.
