On 6 October 2026, Porto Business School, in partnership with Associação Salvador, will host “In Awareness”, an awareness session dedicated to inclusive culture and designed for the PBS community.
The session aims to foster a more informed understanding of disability as part of human diversity, challenge common preconceptions, and encourage reflection on the role each person can play in creating more inclusive environments.
Over the course of two hours, participants will explore topics related to disability and diversity, unconscious bias, barriers to inclusion, and practical strategies for building more accessible, respectful, and inclusive environments.
The initiative will also highlight how small changes in everyday behaviours and attitudes can make a meaningful contribution to a culture grounded in respect, inclusion, and belonging.
