On October 1, from 5:30 p.m., Porto Business School will launch the Made in Portugal initiative and unveil the Portuguese Brands Room, a new space dedicated to celebrating Portuguese brands and their contribution to the country’s competitiveness and international profile.
The Portuguese Brands Room brings together 10 founding brands from different industries and backgrounds, united by a shared visual identity and common narrative. More than a physical space, it is designed as a permanent showcase for Portuguese companies distinguished by their vision, impact and quality, highlighting the role of national brands in creating value, building identity and leaving a lasting legacy.
The event will feature Carlos Coelho, Chairman of Ivity Brand Corp., with the keynote Portuguese Brands: Building Value, Identity and Legacy. This will be followed by Brands Ask the Questions, moderated by Ana Côrte-Real, Head of Corporate Relations & Executive MBA Director at Porto Business School, opening a conversation around the challenges and opportunities facing Portuguese brands.
The event will also include the official signing of the partnership agreements between Porto Business School and the initiative’s founding brands, formally marking the launch of this new project.
