ATT
A mobilising agenda to accelerate the digital and sustainable transformation of tourism in Portugal.
ATT – Speeding Up & Changing Tourism is a mobilising agenda designed to drive the transformation of the tourism sector in Portugal through the development of innovative, digital and sustainable solutions. The project responds to the current challenges facing the tourism ecosystem by promoting a more integrated, seamless and personalised experience for tourists, businesses and territories.
Built around a transversal view of the customer journey, ATT addresses different stages of the tourism experience, from arrival at the destination to the experience across the territory, hospitality, mobility, heritage and other relevant touchpoints. In doing so, it contributes to strengthening the competitiveness of Portuguese tourism and the sector’s ability to adapt to new market demands.
Consortium
ATT is led by Grupo Pestana – Pestana Management and brings together a broad consortium of companies, public entities, technology partners and higher education institutions, combining knowledge, operational capacity and innovation applied to the tourism sector.
This collaborative approach makes it possible to develop solutions with an impact across different dimensions of the tourism value chain, fostering the articulation between experimentation, technological development, territorial intelligence, the qualification of tourism offerings and the creation of new responses to the sector’s challenges.

Key Activities and Results
For Porto Business School, ATT reinforces the institution’s commitment to creating applied knowledge and promoting innovative responses to concrete challenges in strategic sectors of the economy. By focusing on the transformation of tourism through digitalisation, sustainability and intelligence applied to management, this agenda strengthens PBS’s connection to a sector of particular relevance to the national context and to the development of more competitive, resilient and future-oriented models.
The initiative contributes to PBS’s strategic objectives by combining innovation, capacity building and practical relevance, in close connection with organisations, territories and collaborative ecosystems. In this context, ATT reinforces the role of Porto Business School as a partner in preparing leaders and organisations for the challenges of economic and sectoral transformation.
