Receive up to €750 reimbursement from IEFP to invest in digital skills

What is Cheque-formação + Digital?

Cheque-Formação + Digital is a support measure provided by IEFP that allows participants to receive reimbursement for training expenses in digital skills, up to a maximum of €750 per candidate per year.

Approval is subject to IEFP eligibility criteria and available funding.

Training may be delivered in person, in a hybrid format, or fully online, provided it complies with the programme requirements and is delivered by an eligible training provider.

Data analysis and business analytics
Digital marketing
Programming and development
Digital tools for productivity and management
Artificial intelligence and automation
Cybersecurity and emerging technologies

Who can apply?

Cheque-Formação + Digital was created to accelerate digital transformation in Portugal.

Aligned with the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) and IEFP, this programme focuses on upskilling workers by strengthening essential digital competencies needed to address current and future labour market challenges.

Who is it intended for:
Employees
Self-employed workers with business or professional income
Sole traders
Single-member private limited company shareholders
Public sector employees
Informations and application deadlines
Reimbursement request must be submitted within 45 working days after the completion of the training
Training must be completed by 30 June 2026.
