Previous Business Study
A preliminary study to characterize the company’s current and future challenges, which allows us to understand the organization’s strategy, its challenges and its needs in order to identify areas for intervention.
Learning Experience Design
Co-building the solution side by side with the client, considering the importance of optimizing the time vs. impact ratio, providing a unique experience that results in personal transformation.
Make Change Happen
Preparing and implementing the designed intervention, continuing the customization process started in the previous stages, through alignment meetings with the client.
Follow-up and evaluation
Evaluate the results of the intervention, continuing the organization’s development process through post-project follow-up.
Check-point and Follow-up sessions with costumer surveys to assess reactions, learnings, behaviors, and impact.

Every year we have the pleasure of seeing around 650 students graduate with a set of skills, know-how and an innovative mindset ready to challenge the status quo and have a positive impact on companies and their businesses. They join our alumni network, recognized as one of the most influential networks in Portugal, made up of around 10,000 former students.
The Careers Service, in collaboration with the Alumni Office, is able to provide companies with access to a diverse range of highly qualified professional profiles, namely middle managers and senior executives.
More agile, More customizable.
Designed exclusively for companies, the aim of The Nanodegree is the possibility of creating a learning journey that can be followed in a monothematic logic – I design my entire training plan within the same area of knowledge – or, on the other hand, I select a set of subjects from the more than 200 available. All of them are part of the curricular structures of the School’s Postgraduate Programs.
The program can be completed in up to 24 months and, at the end, Porto Business School issues a Nanodegree certificate indicating the ECTS per subject.
