PBS Dynamic Learning Model
Dynamic Learning is an interplay of two interconnected forces: Innovation & Exploration and Real-World Application.
Innovation & Exploration sparks creativity, critical thinking, and the courage to challenge convention. It encourages learners to imagine new possibilities and embrace uncertainty. At the same time, Real-World Application ensures that knowledge is grounded in experience—translating ideas into action and learning into lasting impact. Together, these forces create a continuous loop of inspiration and implementation, preparing learners to lead with purpose in a fast-changing world.
Flex Learning Model
Choose the 11-month Fast Track for speed and agility or the 15-month Extended Track for added depth. You can also replace selected electives with an internship.
With PBS’s corporate network, international partnerships, and Career Services support, you’ll access diverse opportunities while building the professional autonomy expected at the MBA level.
Internships span corporate roles—consulting, tech, finance, marketing, sustainability, entrepreneurship—and social impact roles with NGOs and non profits. They begin in Term 3 (Fast Track) or Term 4 (Extended Track), in Portugal or abroad.
