Diploma
Students who pass all the subjects will be awarded an Advanced Program Diploma in Strategic Talent Management for the Next Era (Postgraduate program).

In accordance with the Regulations of the University of Porto, the program gives those who complete it 30 ECTS* credits in the area of Business Sciences.

    • Master the integration of key HR disciplines, including hiring, performance, learning, and rewards, to create a holistic talent strategy.
    • This module equips participants with tools to approach talent challenges through a multi-pronged, strategic lens, ensuring impactful and sustainable solutions.

    FROM STRATEGY TO IMPACT
    • Turn plans into action with a focus on influence, stakeholder management, and organizational impact.
    • This module explores the art of fostering a talent mindset, driving accountability, and embedding strategy into day-to-day operations, ensuring your talent agenda delivers results.

How does it work?

The Strategic Talent Management program spans six months, structured into three two-month terms, blending face-to-face sessions, virtual learning, coaching, and project work.

Throughout the program, participants engage in the Hogan personality assessment, group and personal coaching, and hands-on project work.
