Diploma
Students who pass all the subjects will be awarded an Advanced Program Diploma in Strategic Talent Management for the Next Era (Postgraduate program).
In accordance with the Regulations of the University of Porto, the program gives those who complete it 30 ECTS* credits in the area of Business Sciences.

How does it work?
The Strategic Talent Management program spans six months, structured into three two-month terms, blending face-to-face sessions, virtual learning, coaching, and project work.
Throughout the program, participants engage in the Hogan personality assessment, group and personal coaching, and hands-on project work.

With three international accreditations – AMBA (Association of MBAs), AACSB and EFMD – Porto Business School is among the best business schools in Europe.
