Diploma
Students who pass all the subjects will be awarded a Executive Master Diploma in People Management from the Porto Business School, U.Porto.In accordance with the Regulations of the University of Porto, the Executive Master in People Management gives those who complete it 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits in the area of Business Sciences.
This Executive Master is a specialization programme equivalent in terms of scientific rigor to the curricular component of a second cycle.
The curricular structure of the Executive Master in People Management was designed as an integrated, progressive, and transformative development journey, combining critical thinking, practical tools, and a strategic perspective on people and organizational culture.
To this end, it is organized around three main pillars — Explore & Frame, Develop & Consolidate, and Specialize & Expand — enabling a coherent progression for each participant, from the foundations of people management to leadership and strategic decision-making in dynamic and constantly evolving organizational contexts.
Maximize your productivity by managing your time efficiently and earning both a Postgraduate Program or Executive Master and an MBA. These Double Degrees offer the possibility of graduating with two diplomas from Porto Business School, by completing one additional year of academic training. They are an excellent option for students who wish to focus their careers on two distinct, yet interconnected, fields of study.
