Diploma
Students who pass all the subjects will be awarded an Executive Master Diploma in Real Estate Management.
In accordance with the Regulations of the University of Porto, the Executive Maser in Real Estate Management gives those who complete it 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) in the area of Business Sciences. This Executive Master is a specialization programme equivalent in terms of scientific rigor to the curricular component of a second cycle.
