Future Leaders Studio
Explore global challenges, build essential skills, and define your path to meaningful impact.
What this week is all about!
A week to explore the world around us, understand the challenges shaping it, and gain the tools to decide who you want to be and the impact you want to have. Through hands-on sessions, engagement with companies, and activities beyond the classroom, participants develop critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills while building a foundation to design their own path.

Tools for your future
- Develop the ability to understand the current global context and connect it to personal, academic, and career choices;
- Explore personal values, interests, and sources of motivation in order to build a clearer and more conscious vision of the kind of contribution each person wants to make in the world;
- Strengthen leadership, communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills in collaborative contexts.

One shared experience: Impact + Context + Skills
To lead in a changing world, it’s not enough to have one specialty. Our program integrates three core pillars to help you build a vision that is informed, influential, and actionable.
Context & Insight (The World Map)
» Analyze the Big Picture: Understand the geopolitical forces, technological shifts, and environmental challenges shaping our global landscape;
» Connect the Dots: Relate global trends to your personal, academic, and professional choices through the World Map and The Identity Lab.
Leadership & Collaboration (The Power of Influence)
» Lead from Any Position: Learn how to influence and collaborate effectively through The Power of Influence and The Off-Site Challenge;
» Strategic Problem Solving: Use The Solution Lab to break down complex problems, build logical plans, and lead teams through uncertainty.
Expression & Design (The Storytelling Toolkit)
» Shape Your Story: Use The Storytelling Toolkit to structure messages that resonate and master the verbal and non-verbal tools of persuasion;
» Architect Your Future: Apply “Career Design” principles in The Career Architect workshop to prototype your path and define your contribution to the world.
