As an individual I will:
The program will enable you to build/consolidate a set of strategies that will allow you to autonomously design and redesign possible career paths (within your own company or outside it), based on developing the ability to:
- recognize the new career models and deconstruct myths associated with them; define your value proposition, giving a future to your past/experience;
- build professional/personal purpose; audit/develop a learning network;
- identify temporary/definitive constraints to mobility;
- segment the job market and define priorities; design possible 3-year paths; define a goal and translate it into an action plan.
Why this program?
- The concept of a career is being shaken up in its structure, as a result of the impactful changes that are and will continue to take place in work, in companies and in people themselves.
- In this context, we have evolved from models in which people learned in order to acquire skills for a career, to the career becoming a learning process in itself;
- We have also moved on from career management that was taken on by the company, to a model in which career leadership is taken on by the individual themselves, who often concludes that they are not prepared to do so because they do not know the appropriate strategies;
- This change presupposes the development of specific skills that allow executives from different generations, functions, with different backgrounds, interests and expectations, to build and rebuild paths / careers throughout their professional and personal lives.
Who is it for?
For those who want to change or are living through an imposed change, who need to be reminded that the margin we have, the breadth of which is different for each of us and at different times in our lives, is valuable and allows us to prototype conversations and experiences about what we think we would like to do in the future: to change or to conclude that we want to continue doing the same thing, but for a different purpose.
