Improve Facility Management performance and results
Want to find out more?
In this program, I will:
- Level the knowledge of Facility Managers with a broad set of skills covering various areas of knowledge, from management to leadership, negotiation, technical knowledge on buildings and facilities, and change management. This raises the need to create complementary training courses to enable professionals to gain skills in areas of knowledge other than the ones covered in basic training courses.
- Enable organisations to have professionals aligned with Facility Management best practices, benchmarks and standards, and increase the efficiency and quality of using assets.
Why choose this program?
The main emphasis of Facility Management is on the sustained and balanced management of facilities, ensuring proper operation, good operating conditions, comfort and user satisfaction. So, there is a pressing need for well-prepared professionals with solid knowledge across various areas of knowledge ready to collaborate with the organisations, in order to increase efficiency in the use of resources, building and facility performance, support senior management and boost the organisation’s results. Its contents are aligned with those of the CPFM ‘Facility Management Professional Certificate’ awarded by APFM.
