In this program I will:

Understand the role and importance of management control mechanisms.
Develop the knowledge needed to build or modernize management control and performance evaluation systems that are capable of guaranteeing an integrated vision of the organization, conveying strategic concerns and objectives to day-to-day management and guiding the behaviour of all employees in the desired direction.
Training in the process of choosing and implementing KPIs for your organization or functional area.

Teaching methodologies

Action Learning Projects
Identify a problem and create a problem-solving team. Throughout the course of the project, participants will acquire new skills for solving problems in the future.
Case Studies
Through the analysis of case studies, look for solutions or good practices to implement in different contexts.
Participative Centered Learning
Promote the active participation of the participants and build the sessions based on the interaction of each participant and learn from the interaction of each participant.
