Biografia

46 years old, from Porto, proud father of two girls aged 12 and 10, he has a degree in History from the Faculty of Letters of the University of Porto. He is an accredited Train the Trainer in the “Leadership Development for Individuals, Teams and Organizations” program by the Oxford Leadership Academy and in the Theory U “Integral Leadership Change” methodology by the Presencing Institute. He holds the International Coaching Certification from the Institute of Coaching and Linguistics, an ICF-accredited program, and is an accredited trainer for the Danish school KaosPilots in the Masterclass “The Art & Craft of Designing & Facilitating Learning Spaces”. Responsible for Training and Solution Development at Tack Tmi Portugal, he has over 15 years of international experience as a Project Manager, Coach and Facilitator in leadership, innovation, personal and organizational development, during which time he has designed, organized and facilitated hundreds of programmes in different parts of the world for CEOs of different organizations and their teams, including multinationals such as: Uniliver, Sara-Lee, ABN-AMRO, NXP, Akzo Nobel, Achmea, TNT Europe, Bain Capital, among many others. He lived in the Netherlands for 5 years (2005 – 2010) where he worked as a coach, facilitator and project manager for cultural transformations for organizations such as MLT, Amaseu, The Future Firm and CitizenMHotels. Since 2012 he has collaborated with Nova Business School and Tias Utrecht Business School in designing and facilitating education programs for master’s students that stimulate the connection between society and business in the field of leadership, innovation and social responsibility. She is also responsible for the multidisciplinary team that manages the Youth Multipliers educational program as part of the Council of Europe’s Global Education strand.
