Biography
Ana Paula Serra is Professor of Finance at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto (FEP) and a faculty member at Porto Business School, where she teaches topics related to financial markets, corporate finance, and investment.
Her academic work focuses on corporate finance, capital markets, and financing structures for business operations, including real estate investments. Throughout her career she has collaborated with financial institutions and corporate organizations.
She previously served as a board member of the Bank of Portugal and has been involved in several initiatives related to financial stability and market regulation.
