Biography
Engineer by training and People Analytics leader by passion, with over 14 years of HR experience, combining a strong analytical mindset with a focus on decision-making in complex and dynamic organizations.
Currently serves as People Analytics Manager at MC, leading initiatives that bridge data and strategy in Human Resources. From operational dashboards to predictive modeling, his mission is to turn people data into actionable insights and foster a data-informed HR culture.
He is also a lecturer and trainer in People Analytics at Porto Business School and APEU-FEUC (University of Coimbra), working closely with academic and professional communities to make HR data more accessible, relevant, and impactful.
