Biography
António Costa is a specialist in Operational Improvement and Excellence, with experience implementing standardized management systems, lean and continuous improvement in industrial and service environments.
At Porto Business School, he teaches on the Construir a Excelência nas Operações program, where he leads the Operational Improvement & Excellence block.
His work focuses on building cultures of operational excellence and implementing the systems and tools that sustain improvement gains over time.
