CEO of BA&N and Founder and Managing Partner of Iberian Bridge Consultants, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SKA Publicidade SA
For the past thirty years, he has been intensely active in the field of Communication as a strategic consultant. He has consulted for companies such as Sonae, CGD, Bial, NOS, Cofina/Medialivre, Altri, Greenvolt, Unilabs, Sonae Arauco, among others. He has also been a communication consultant for educational institutions such as the Technical University of Lisbon, the Catholic University of Portugal (Business School UCP-Porto), Nova Medical School, among others. He has advised on various M&A operations and IPOs, takeover bids and privatizations, including EDP, REN, Cimpor, Portugal Telecom, Greenvolt, Fidelidade, ZON, Sonaecom, etc.
As an entrepreneur, he was a founding partner of Cunha Vaz & Associados, Media Gate, BA&N, Iberian Bridge, among others. He is currently a partner and CEO of BA&N, President of SKA Publicidade, and Managing Partner of Iberian Bridge.
