Mr. David Kolinski is the Business Development Director at Tempus, a leading Watchmaking business group since the early 1930’s, and the owner of Boutique dos Relógios Plus, a luxury retail chain store in the Portugal distribution and retail of jewellery and watches of brands such as Omega, Cartier, IWC, Breguet, Blancpain, Graff, Buccellati, Glashütte, Piaget, among others.
