Biography
Jorge Rodrigues is a Reserve Officer, holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from UP and a degree in CSM from the Military Academy. He is an Associate Researcher at IDN and the coordinator of several courses in the areas of Foresight, Geopolitics, Security and Defense. He has extensive experience in international missions. He was Head of the Oporto Delegation of the National Defense Institute. He is a professor at the Faculty of Economics in Porto. He is an analyst and commentator on CNN Portugal, Rádio Observador and has published several works and articles in the areas of Geopolitical Risk, Foresight, Security and Defense.
