Eduardo Santos

Biography

Holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from FEUP. Currently leads management consulting projects at the Studies Centre of Porto Business School. Coordinator and lecturer in the EGP – Master’s in Logistics, as well as customized executive and training programs in project management, procurement, integrated planning, operations, and logistics/distribution.

He also delivers executive training in leadership, customer management, change management, and project management.

Previously led the Operations Management division within the management consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, with extensive experience in strategic and organizational planning, supply chain management, and project leadership.

He has been responsible (or co-responsible) for over 30 strategic and organizational planning projects, process improvement initiatives, and information systems implementations covering procurement, operations, integrated supply chain planning, logistics, distribution, marketing, sales, and support functions.

Has significant consulting and training experience across multiple sectors, including industrial, services, FMCG, retail, food and beverage, high-tech, textile, automotive, CPG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, and transport.
