Biography
Paulo Renato Pereira is a guest lecturer in executive education, teaching Human Resources Management and Operations, and a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in people management and leadership.
His areas of expertise include human resources strategy, organizational transformation, operations, and leadership in multicultural environments and different business and company life cycles. He has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Director, and has served on executive committees and as a member in external Human Resources Committees and Steering Committee.
He is currently a member of a Board of Directors. Throughout his career, he has worked in multinational and family-owned companies across different sectors, supporting organizations through periods of growth, international expansion, and different stages of the business life cycle. His work combines extensive executive experience with practical insights into people management, operations, and organizational leadership.
He holds a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management and has pursued executive education at leading international business schools.
