Biography
Fernanda Paula Oliveira is Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, where she teaches and conducts research in administrative law, urban planning, and territorial governance.
Her expertise focuses on the legal framework of urban development, spatial planning, and regulatory instruments for territorial management. She has participated in several research and advisory projects in these areas.
She has collaborated with public institutions and organizations on legal analysis and policy development related to urban planning and land use regulation.
