More than 25 years of corporate experience leading teams, especially in the Textile and Clothing Industry and in the Automobile Retail sector. As a People Management Senior Consultant, Isabel works with several companies implementing projects focusing on developing skills and maximizing performance. Researcher in the areas of Positive Psychology and Happiness at Work. Programme Director and Guest Lecturer at Porto Business School. Invited Professor at the School of Economics (FEP-UP). Several national and international participations as a speaker on the topics of Positive Psychology, Transformational Leadership, Emotional Agility, Resilience and Happiness at Work. Almost 30 years of experience in teaching negotiation and leadership, in several sectors including technology, banking, pharmaceutical, food, public administration, civil construction, furniture, health and energy. PhD student at FEP – UP, Masters in Engineering (UM) and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Faculty of Psychology – UP). Mentor at the PBS mentoring program. Ambassador of U.DREAM.
