Group Product Manager at Maersk | Lecturer at University of Porto | Entrepreneur
Jorge Ferreira is a Group Product Manager at Maersk, leading a team responsible for digital products in e-commerce logistics, including Parcel Routing, Network Management, Sorting Systems, and Final Mile Labelling.
He started his career at HUUB, a Portuguese startup rethinking supply chain operations, where he grew from Data Scientist to Head of Product Supply Chain. There, he helped build SPOKE, HUUB’s core logistics platform. After HUUB’s acquisition by Maersk in 2021, he continued scaling global digital solutions.
Jorge is also a co-founder of ShopAI, an AI-driven tool for fashion e-commerce, and a dedicated educator. He teaches Digital Product Management at the University of Porto, and Python and Data Analytics at digital schools.
He holds a Master’s in Industrial and Management Engineering from the University of Porto and is currently pursuing a second Master’s in Data Analytics at FEP.
