José Esteves is the Dean and President of the Executive Board at Porto Business School, a leading institution for executive education and research in Portugal. With over 30 years of experience in teaching, consulting, and coaching, he specializes in information systems, digital strategy, and innovation in the digital world. He is also a Professor of Information Systems and Innovation at IE Business School, one of the world’s top-ranked business schools.
He is passionate about helping business and academic leaders identify new opportunities, create value, and launch ventures in the digital era. For him, the success of digital transformation depends not only on technology but on how people interact with it — and on how behaviors, organizational cultures, and structures adapt to change.
