Biography
He is Director of Projects and Programs at PRODUTECH, where he leads large-scale collaborative innovation initiatives, including the PRODUTECH R3 Mobilizing Agenda with nearly 100 partners and an investment exceeding 160 million euros. His work focuses on sustainable production technologies, industrial digitalization and advanced training.
He previously worked as an independent consultant and trainer at 1stOnly Talent®, specializing in organizational management, PMO implementation, EVM, portfolio management and organizational maturity in project management. He has designed methodologies and capacity-building programs aimed at organizational excellence and sustainable value creation.
He serves on the boards of more than 30 companies and institutions, actively contributing to innovation ecosystems, technology networks and R&D programs. He is also a Director at the PMI Portugal Chapter, responsible for inter-chapter relations and international cooperation.
Combining experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, academic and researcher, he is a Guest Professor of Project Management at several higher education institutions, including ESTG-IPP and Porto Business School. His research interests include organizational maturity, digital transformation and sustainability in project environments.
He has been PMP® certified since 2005 and OPM3® Consultant and Instructor certified since 2011. He holds a degree in Business Management and master’s degrees in Information Systems (University of Minho) and in Economics and Management (University of La Rioja).
