Biography
Lourenço Ribeiro is a seasoned Hotel Management & Investment Consultant and Owner & Manager of Alamos Retreat – Wellness & Yoga Boutique Hotel. With an extensive career in hospitality, he has served as General Manager at Be Live Hotels, EPIC SANA Algarve, and Grande Real Santa Eulália, later becoming Area General Manager for Hotéis Real Algarve.
Previously, he held leadership roles at Starwood Portugal and Sheraton Algarve, where he was a Six Sigma Black Belt and Maintenance Manager. His expertise spans hotel operations, asset management, investment strategy, and luxury brand positioning.
He holds a degree in Engineering – Instrumentation & Control, an MBA in Hotel & Tourism (HTW Chur, Switzerland), and executive education in Hotel Real Estate Investment & Asset Management (Cornell University) and Luxury Brand Management (ISEG, Lisbon).
