Biography
He has a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto (2007), a master’s degree in Work and Business Psychology from the same faculty (1990) and a degree in Philosophy from the Faculty of Letters of the University of Porto (1975). He also has the General Management Program from CEDEP/INSEAD (1996). He has extensive experience as a senior manager, particularly in the area of human resources, including, successively, the insurance companies Aliança Seguradora, UAP and AXA. He is currently a member of the supervisory boards of AXA and Companhia de Seguro Directo, and works as an independent consultant in human resources strategy.
