Biography
Founder of MBA Consultores (1981), with over three decades of experience in People Management and Leadership. Holds a degree in Psychology, postgraduate training in Work and Organizational Psychology, and an MBA from Porto Business School.
She is a Certified Master Coach by The Behavioral Coaching Institute (London) and works in executive and corporate coaching with senior leaders from national and international organizations. She created Nabia® – Sailing for Integral Leadership, an experiential approach to leadership development.
A faculty member at Porto Business School since 1990, she introduced Personal Development into the Executive MBA. She was a finalist of the AMBA Innovation Award and is the founder of the WiB – Women in Business Club, including The Boldness Way program. She is co-author of the book Leader Coach.
