Biography
Margarita Alonso Alvarez, Ph.D. is an executive expert in diversity & inclusion (D&I) and leadership. She is the founding partner of Driversity S.L., where she works with leading companies such as Telefónica and Banco Santander to foster talent development and drive organizational growth.
She has held senior leadership roles, including General Director of the IE Foundation and Corporate Area Director of the EU-funded ADIM project. As an educator, she teaches Organizational Behavior and courses on diversity & inclusion, with a focus on cultural diversity, work-life balance, age, gender, and LGBT+ inclusion.
Her work has earned wide recognition, including the IEOut Leadership Award and a place among the Top 100 Women Leaders by Mujeres & Cía.
