Biography
With more than 20 years’ experience in Private Equity (PE), she has led several investment projects, focusing on buy-and-build processes, and has taken on management roles in companies from different sectors, especially food & beverage, health and industry.
She was a partner and executive director of a PE firm for 13 years, where she gained experience in strategic management, the creation and development of business development partnerships and raising capital (equity and debt). She currently holds management positions in companies and provides consultancy services in mergers and acquisitions.
She has a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
