Biography
Graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Porto was followed by 9 years in Telecommunications in a spirit of start-up, innovation and personal growth. From Marketing to Sales, with multidisciplinary projects with Systems and Customer Service, change management, team development and functional or hierarchical leadership were developed. In recent years, the time has come to discover tools to broaden skills in people development. With P4S (People for Success), Maria has broadened the range of entities and businesses in which she intervenes, strengthening skills and competencies. The opportunities in areas ranging from Sales to Systems, in MBA courses or with high-potential executives are coming and going, and the results reinforce the conviction that self-knowledge and personal development are essential in life and in organizations.
