Biography
She has a degree in Psychology, in the areas of pedagogy and mental health, from the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada – ISPA (Lisbon). His professional career, which began in 1975, has involved working in a variety of organizational roles, including human resources management and change management. Since 1993, she has run her own company – MQI, Lda – working in the area of organizational and personal development, namely in the training of managers and work teams and in executive coaching processes. She has international experience as a trainer and consultant.
