Biography
Mark is a leadership expert and has spoken about leadership and the power of ownership in more than 50 countries around the world. He has led business systems implementation processes in Europe, the Middle East and Asia; and led international operations in the areas of quality, information systems and customer service. Mark also moderated the development of the business model for a company with representation in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, working closely with the regional leader and the leadership team. He has lived in Singapore, Egypt, Holland, Italy, Japan and the UK; in addition to the USA where he was born. He currently lives in London, UK. Mark speaks regularly on the power of ownership and helps leaders gain commitment from their teams. He is the creator of the OWNIT! Methodology which provides leaders with ownership mindsets, behaviors that enable leaders to get commitment from their teams. He knows the frustrations of a leader because he has experienced them himself. He also leads his own leadership development programs for companies, which include daily inspirations and reminders so that the learnings are retained long enough to create new habits. Mark has written several books: “Lead & Influence”, “The Truth about Getting Things Done” and “Daily Thoughts”.
