Biography
Mr. Matteo Dalla Rovere holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master in Fashion Management. Mr. Dalla Rovere is a former Senior Director of Bulgari, Khaite and Brook Brothers, where he directed supply chain, retail strategy and pricing strategy operations. Currently, he is a management consultant and assistant professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
With over 20 years of international experience, he has led global operations and transformation initiatives across the fashion and luxury sectors, with a strong focus on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
His career includes the implementation of omnichannel strategies, AI-driven end-to-end planning, pricing optimization, and digital integration, always combining technical expertise with a people-centered leadership approach.
At FIT, he teaches innovation, circularity, and operations management in fashion, and brings his experience with both heritage and contemporary brands in European and North American markets.
