Biography
Managing Partner at Wiimer, where he develops artificial intelligence and Big Data models for multiple industries. He is a Guest Professor at Porto Business School and Adjunct Professor of Artificial Intelligence at IE Business School. Throughout his career, he has led data, people analytics, strategic planning, and digital transformation areas at organizations such as REN and Sonae MC. He has experience developing more than 100 AI projects addressing management challenges, including workforce planning, churn prediction, productivity, performance management, and decision support, across 13 countries and 11 business sectors. He holds a PhD in Decision Support (MIT Portugal/FEUP) and a degree in Electrical Engineering.
