Biography
Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Porto. Post-graduate in European Studies from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and Post-graduate in Management and Taxation from the Institute of Higher Financial and Tax Studies. Between 1989 and 1991 he practiced law with Dr. Luís Telles de Abreu, in Oporto. | He is a founding partner of the law firm “Telles de Abreu e Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, RL.” He is a permanent consultant to various Portuguese business groups. His main professional experience is in the areas of tax law, administrative law and commercial law. At Telles de Abreu e Associados, he is responsible for the areas of tax and public law.
