Nicolle Merrill is a human-centric AI educator with a passion for people and technology. While she talks a lot about AI, her true focus is on helping humans thrive in an AI-powered workplace.
With over 7 years of experience building human-centered AI products, Nicolle has spent the past 2.5 years delivering more than 200 hours of training to accelerate AI adoption in organizations. Her work has enabled the upskilling of 100+ non-technical teams, supporting thousands of employees as they explore generative AI through hands-on learning and practical guidance.
She collaborates with L&D teams and AI task forces to design and implement effective AI upskilling and adoption strategies, always focused on making AI accessible, relevant, and empowering — especially for non-technical professionals.
