PhD in Business Sciences. Master in Business Sciences with a specialization in Finance and a degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics of Porto. Associate Dean of Porto Business School. She was Pro-Rector of the University of Porto (between 2008 and April 2015). Assistant Professor in the Accounting and Management Group at the Porto School of Economics. Member of the Scientific Council of the Master’s Degree in Accounting and the Master’s Degree in Finance and Taxation at FEP. Economist. Consultant to various institutions and companies. Former Director of the Training Department at Euronext Lisbon. Member of INTACCT, a European project on the application of IAS/IFRS in the member states of the European Union. Author of several publications in national and international professional and academic journals and a regular speaker at conferences on the subject of adopting IAS/IFRS.
