Biography
Paulo Malta is passionate about innovation, with over 25 years of professional experience and certifications as an Innovation Management Black Belt™ and as a facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. He is Managing Partner of Innovsky, a consultancy boutique specializing in Innovation Management and Business Model Transformation. He was a specialist technician in the office of the Minister for the Presidency and Administrative Modernization in Portugal’s 21st Government, where he was responsible for coordinating the development of the Public Administration’s Information and Communication Technologies strategy and for leading the team that conceptualized the Legal and Digital Competence Centres. Also in this role, she led the project to create LabX, the Public Administration Experimentation Laboratory. For much of his career, he has worked for multinationals in the IT sector, such as Cisco and Alcatel, building and leading sales, pre-sales and consultancy teams in various market sectors. He was awarded the Cisco Chairman’s Club and Alcatel President’s Club awards for his performance and results. His background is in Electrical and Computer Engineering, complemented by two postgraduate degrees in Management and in Investments and Financial Markets.
