Biography
An executive professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, Pedro has worked for the three largest energy companies in Portugal. He is currently Director of Operational Sustainability at REN. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, his career has been marked by his involvement in various international projects, which has given him a global perspective and the ability to adapt to different cultural and regulatory contexts. Pedro reinforced his academic career with executive and top management training (MBA from Porto Business School and Advanced Management Program from AESE), distinguishing himself for his leadership, business strategy and innovation skills. Throughout his professional career, he has led several projects in the energy sector (gas and electricity) for top companies in their respective fields. Pedro has consolidated experience in managing projects and operations in various markets, always with a strong focus on environmental responsibility and mitigating negative environmental impacts. In addition to his professional qualifications, Pedro is interested in travel, music, design and contemporary art. Pedro strives to be an innovative leader, committed to developing teams and building a more sustainable future.
